During this designated period, individuals purchasing newly constructed commercial properties in selected areas of Langfang—such as Guangyang District, Anci District, Langfang Development Zone, and the Airport Economic Zone—can take advantage of these subsidies. To qualify, buyers must ensure their contracts are registered and the housing deed tax is fully paid by December 31, 2025. Subsidy amounts vary based on property size: buyers of homes up to 90 square meters will receive a subsidy of 5,000 yuan per unit; those purchasing homes between 90 and 144 square meters will benefit from 10,000 yuan; while buyers of properties larger than 144 square meters can receive 15,000 yuan in support.
The “Implementation Rules for Home Purchase Subsidies in Langfang” outline a straightforward process for applicants. Once buyers have paid the full tax and registered their contract for the newly built housing, they must submit an application to the developer selling the property. Required documents include the “Langfang Home Purchase Subsidy Application Form,” identification proof, a copy of the registered sale contract, the purchase invoice, a UnionPay card, and proof of tax payment. It’s important to note that each home can only receive the subsidy once, and in cases of joint purchases, all buyers must apply together, selecting one person’s account to receive the subsidy.
