Zelensky discloses -Victory Plan- Russia- It is Uzbekistan’s -Disaster Plan-

On October 16, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky delivered a speech at the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, where he outlined what he calls the “Victory Plan.” In response, Russian officials have stated that Ukraine must recognize that this so-called “Victory Plan” is futile and represents a “disaster plan” for Ukraine and its people.

Zelensky emphasized that the “Victory Plan” consists of five key points along with three confidential aspects. According to CNN, a central feature of this plan is Ukraine’s desire to be invited to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

In addition, the plan details efforts to strengthen Ukraine’s defense, implement non-nuclear deterrent strategies, and develop the nation’s economy. Zelensky expressed optimism that if the “Victory Plan” receives support, Ukraine could possibly resolve its crisis by 2025.

Conversely, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, remarked on October 16 that it’s premature to discuss Zelensky’s “Victory Plan,” stressing that the Ukrainian government needs to wake up to the realization that these plans are “futile.” He emphasized that a genuine peace initiative should focus on understanding the root causes of the Ukrainian crisis.

Additionally, Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated that Zelensky’s “Victory Plan” could lead NATO into a direct conflict with Russia. She asserted, “This is not Zelensky’s ‘Victory Plan,’ but rather a ‘disaster plan’ for Ukraine and its people.”
